The long wait for one of the most interesting and versatile gadgets from Microsoft to hit the market, the Microsoft Zune HD, is finally over and goes for sale in the US. It comes with a host of features that you will find useful for your everyday activities.  

There is no word about the availability of the product in the UK and the rest of Europe. There is a choice of two sizes in the Zune HD and they come in 16GB and 32GB with a touchscreen OLED display of 3.3inches and a resolution of 480 x 272. 

The other prime specifications are the in-built Wi-Fi and a wireless sync, which allows the user to synchronize music, videos and photographs to the Personal Computer over Wi-Fi. There are varieties of video and music formats that are supported by the Microsoft Zune HD. It can play High Definition Videos in 720p using optional Zune HD Dock on the HDTV. These features set this device  apart from anything that you have seen so far in the market,  

The updated version of Zune Software has come out from the house of Microsoft to coincide with the launch of the Zune HD and it is known as the Zune 4.0. The product is now available in the United States and the 16GB model is up for retail selling at $219.99 while the 32GB model is at $289.99. This is one of the most comprehensive gadgets to hit the market.
